I'm Ved. I take founders out of the middle of delivery.

What I actually do

I help founder-led service businesses and agencies get to the point where delivery runs without the founder in the room. Delivery systems, handoffs, troubleshooting protocols, and documentation that make fulfillment easier to operate, delegate, and scale.

I spent about two years running operations daily inside a paid community of several hundred members. Handling daily technical questions, onboarding, recording tutorials, and building automations for whatever broke or slowed down. That community grew from around 200 members to around 900 and churn fell from 24% to 9%.

That's where the approach comes from. Most people who look at operations only build workflows in isolation. Most founders in delivery are stuck firefighting issues and approving work by hand. Understanding how delivery actually runs is how you know which problems need a system, which need clear documentation, and which shouldn't be automated at all.

How I work

• Diagnostic first. Understand how your business makes money and where delivery breaks before writing a single line of code.
• On your accounts, not mine. Every system I build runs in your Make, n8n, Airtable and whatever else you already pay for. Nothing is hosted behind me.
• Handed over, not held. You get walkthrough recordings and clear documentation, so you or anyone on your team can operate, troubleshoot, and change it later without me.
• The diagnostic is honest. If nothing is actually broken, I will tell you that and leave it there. That happens, and it's a fine outcome.

Where I am

India, working with clients in the UK, the US and Europe. Two years independent, after the community operations work that started all of it.

What I use

Make.com, n8n, Airtable, Zapier, the Claude API and Claude Code, plus whatever the job needs. The tools matter a lot less than knowing which part of the problem shouldn't be automated at all.
