I look at how your business actually runs, where the manual work piles up, and what it is costing you in hours. You get that answer whether or not you hire me. If nothing is worth building, I will tell you that and leave it there.
What things cost
- Free systems audit
- No charge A review of your current setup and a written summary of where the time is going. No obligation.
- Fixed-scope automation build
- From $1,000 USD One defined system, built on your own accounts, delivered with documentation and a walkthrough recording. Scope and price agreed in writing first.
- Community operations build
- From $2,000 USD The larger multi-system engagements: onboarding, support ticketing, progress tracking and content repurposing. Quoted after the audit, because the number depends on how many systems you actually need.
- Ongoing retainer
- From $1,500 USD a month Running, monitoring and improving what has been built. Month to month, 30 days notice, no minimum term and no lock-in.
How the money moves
- Nothing is charged before a written scope. You see the deliverables and the price, in writing, before any invoice exists.
- Larger builds are split. Typically half on start and half on delivery, so you are never paying for work that has not happened.
- On some engagements I build first and bill after. Where that applies, it is stated in your scope: the first system is built on your accounts at no cost, and is only invoiced once it has actually run and produced the agreed result. If it does not, you owe nothing.
- Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days notice at any time.
Currency, tax and tool costs
- Clients outside India are quoted and invoiced in US dollars. Payment is by card through Stripe, or by bank transfer where preferred.
- Clients in India are invoiced in Indian rupees, plus GST at the applicable rate.
- Services supplied to clients outside India are treated as an export of services and are zero rated under a Letter of Undertaking, so no Indian GST is added to those invoices.
- Software subscriptions are never billed through me. Every system runs on your own Make, n8n, Airtable, Claude and similar accounts, on your own card. I do not mark up tool costs, because I never pay them.
