One n8n workflow

A form submission
The n8n workflow: form submission, Google Maps search through DataForSEO, business fields mapped, domains extracted, emails found and verified, an AI agent drafting outreach, then Gmail and a Google Sheet.
The actual workflow. Every stage has a filter and a record limit in front of it, so a bad search cannot burn credits or send a hundred bad emails.

Before

Local business lead research is the same six steps every time. Search the area, copy the business names, find each website, guess at the email format, check the address is real, paste it into a sheet. It is genuinely simple work and it eats entire days.

What was built

One n8n workflow, triggered by a form submission:

  1. Send the search to Google Maps through DataForSEO and wait for the task to finish
  2. Pull the results and map the business fields
  3. Extract each business's domain from its website, and drop the ones with no domain
  4. Find the email addresses for that domain
  5. Verify deliverability and keep only the valid ones
  6. Hand the verified lead to an AI agent, which drafts the outreach with structured output so the fields come back clean
  7. Send through Gmail and append the verified lead to a Google Sheet

Every stage has a filter and a record limit in front of it, so a bad search doesn't burn credits or send a hundred bad emails.

What changed

Fill in a form, get back a sheet of verified leads that have already been contacted. The six-step manual loop runs once and then runs itself.

What Alfred owns

The workflow runs in his own n8n with his own API keys and his own sheet.
